• What you have, and roughly how many. For example, "three chef's knives and a bread knife".
• Whether they are just dull, or chipped and damaged.
• A photo, if anything is damaged or unusual. One picture of a chipped tip saves time.
• The date you need them back. I will confirm turnaround time.

There is nowhere to drop off in person. Everything moves by route-day pickup inside the service area, or by mail from anywhere else. The mailing address will be provided with your quote.
